Welcome to Weston Walking Group   

We love to meet and walk

It's hard to believe but our group has been around for nearly half a century. We started with a few interested people, who wanted to get out on the weekends and enjoy the countryside.

 Since those early beginnings the group has grown and evolved, but we continue to offer enjoyable walks, in welcome settings with a group of like-minded people. 

We offer a range of walks mainly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. You can find both short and long walks, local and further afield in Somerset and South Wales.

Once a year we have a week's walking away, which is a time to share walking and social time together. This  year we are travelling to Southern Spain for a fantastic break

We have a calendar of social events including meals, outings and organised walking holidays. 

All ages and abilities are welcome, with a variety of walks to suit individual abilities. You can join us to meet everyone and see if you enjoy the walks as much as we do.   

We are all about joining together, enjoying the scenery, getting fit, meeting friends and having picnics in beautiful surroundings. 

New members are especially welcome. Those on their own will soon feel welcomed and will make new friends.
